With only 4 ingredients, this is super easy for a quick sugar fix!

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 tbsp of butter
  • 1 1/2 tbsp light brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose (plain) flour
  • 15g chopped chocolate

Method:

  1. Cream the butter and sugar in a small bowl
  2. Mix in the flour
  3. Fold in the chocolate chunks

  • 250g whipping cream (or double cream!)
  • 60g condensed milk
  • 75g cocoa powder
  • 55g chocolate (chopped)

Method:

  1. Whisk the whipping cream until doubled in size
  2. Add the condensed milk and cocoa powder and mix well until combined
  3. Fold in the chocolate chunks
  4. Pour into a container of your choosing
  5. Set in the freezer overnight & enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 250g chocolate
  • 3 heaped tbsp of nut butter (we chose peanut butter!)
  • 6 salted rice cakes

Method:

  1. Melt the chocolate in the microwave until runny
  2. Mix in the nut butter
  3. Fold in the crushed rice cakes
  4. Pour the mixture into brownie tray lined with non-stick parchment.
  5. Set for 2-4 hours in the fridge

3 Ingredient Chocolate Fruit Bark  

Step up your fruit snacks with a cool twist, just add two simple ingredients! This refreshing chocolate fruit bark is a fun, fuss-free way to cool off on warm days.

Ingredients:

  • Your fruit of choice (we're using bananas)
  • 100g of nut butter (we're using crunchy peanut butter)
  • 100g of chocolate

Method:

  1. Slice your fruit and lay it out on a a baking tray lined with non-stick parchment
  2. Spread the nut butter over the top
  3. Pour over your melted chocolate
  4. Chill in the freezer for 30 minutes to an hour
  5. Break up & Enjoy!
